Mentoring college students with learning disabilities: a case study: a dissertation
This qualitative case study investigates the nature and role of a college mentor in facilitating the metacognitive development of college students with learning disabilities (LD). The researcher used three primary sources to triangulate the data for the inquiry: individual interviews with a mentor of college students with LD and three of her students; observations of sessions between the mentor and her students; and, documents from student files. --Abstract
